OIC Industrial PCs are divided into two models; the Rackmount (which can be offered in Benchtop version) and the Panelmount. These rugged PCs can withstand hostile environments and, at the same time, offer the incredible expansion capacity, flexibility, best reliability and highest quality expected from an industrial computer.
So what really differentiates the two models from each other is the enclosure.
The Rackmount, as its name says, is design for those who need their industrial computer racked up as a fixed machine or mounted on rails for easier access and/or quick maintenance to every of the internal components.
It is also available as a rugged Benchtop for those who would prefer a more classical use out of their industrial computer. (See note)
The Panelmount, as its name also says, is design to be fixed on any panel or simply mounted on a wall. With its easy removable front panel giving access to all the internal components, it is the preferred industrial computer of any maintenance staff.
Note: Benchtop solution is an option derived from the Rackmount solution, thus, they can be found in the Rackmount Industrial Computers section as any model. Simply select the Benchtop option in the customization section.
